I haven’t made repairs at the property and the tenant is withholding rent until I do, can I claim the arrears from you?

It is an offence to withhold rent and any claim which involves the withholding of rent will be treated seriously and we will be in touch with your tenant. You must always tell us of the event and give us full details of the circumstances so that we can have a professional discussion with the tenant on your behalf.

However, as per the terms and conditions of the agreement with RentGuarantor Limited our product is not an alternative to good, professional, day to day business management. If there are repairs required on your property please ensure these are attended to in a timely matter which should help resolve this dispute.
