What can I legally charge the Tenant for?

Once your Tenant signs the AST they are bound by what they have agreed to be responsible for within that AST. Our guarantee will cover rent arrears and the cost of eviction if required.

Normal wear and tear cannot be claimed for under this agreement as this is classed as a business expense by HMRC.
