What Are The Steps Once I'm Pre-Approved?
Once we've reviewed your application and provided you with pre-approval, you will need to provide us with the following information:
- New rental property address and postal code
- The portion of the monthly rent you are responsible for
- Landlord or Estate Agent Name (and Contact person)
- A telephone number for Landlord or Estate Agent
- Email address for Landlord or Estate Agent
Emergency Contact Person Details:
- Full name of the person
- Current address (please note the Emergency Contact Person cannot reside at the new rental address with you)
- Telephone number
- Email address
You can provide this information by logging into your account and updating your application.
Once we receive this information we'll review it within 24 hours (Mon - Fri) and be in touch.
