What Are The Steps Once I'm Pre-Approved?

Once we've reviewed your application and provided you with pre-approval, you will need to provide us with the following information: 

Accommodation Details:

  • New rental property address and postal code
  • The portion of the monthly rent you are responsible for
  • Landlord or Estate Agent Name (and Contact person)
  • A telephone number for Landlord or Estate Agent
  • Email address for Landlord or Estate Agent

Emergency Contact Person Details:

  • Full name of the person
  • Current address (please note the Emergency Contact Person cannot reside at the new rental address with you)
  • Telephone number
  • Email address

You can provide this information by logging into your account and updating your application.

Once we receive this information we'll review it within 24 hours (Mon - Fri) and be in touch.
