Student Documents
For guidance on what documents students require, watch this video:
1 - Proof of Study: We will require one of the following documents:
New Students
- Email or Letter from the University confirming you’ve accepted a place
- Letter/Email is to be issued by the University, it must display the University Insignia, be signed and dated within the last three months.
- Email or Letter from UCAS confirming that you have accepted an unconditional offer of a place.
Current Student
- Email or Letter from your Student Services Department or Administration Department confirming you are a current student (dated within the last 3 months)
- Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) Letter
Please Note: We cannot accept Student ID or NUS cards as Proof of Study
2 - Proof of Funds: We will require one of the following documents:
Scholarships or Grants
- Student Finance confirming entitlement for the current Academic Year
- A Grant or Scholarship Award Letter confirming entitlement for the current Academic Year and dated within the last 3 months
If you are being supported by a Parent/Parents we would require the following documents:
Employed Parents
- Last three months' payslips, showing name and payment amount
Self Employed Parents
- Last three months bank statements showing parent/parents monthly income being paid in, we may ask for recent invoices
- Last years or the most recent Tax Return
Please Note: We DO NOT accept mobile banking screenshots; we are also unable to take any bonuses or overtime into account when calculating affordability.
