Proof of Income

If you have selected Employed or Self employed you'll be asked for the following documents

2 - Employed:

We require the following information for Proof of Income:

Paid Monthly: Your last three months of payslips, showing your name and payment amount.
Paid Weekly: All your payslips from the last 3 months, showing your name and payment amount.
Recently Employed: If you have not been in your current job for at least three months, a copy of your work contract, dated and signed by both you and your employer.

Please note: We are unable to take any bonuses or overtime into account when calculating affordability.

3 - Self Employed:

Last three months bank statements showing your monthly income being paid in, we may ask for recent invoices
Last years or your most recent Tax Return
