When Do I Pay The Fee?

The fee is payable once the Landlord/Estate Agent has agreed to us being your Guarantor and signed our contract and the Tenant has signed their contract with us too.

There is no charge or obligation for obtaining a Quick Quote, or for applying for the service, and you can cancel the process if you so wish with no charge.

We do not ask for payment until all parties are happy with the arrangement and you have everything prepared to move in to your new property.
